Auditorium
The auditorium is the biggest, most versatile space on offer at Forbes Services Memorial Club. Seating anywhere from 50-500 people depending on configuration, the space can accommodate everything from business meetings to weddings. It’s been newly refurbished for your enjoyment.

The auditorium has the latest audio/visual equipment, including a data projector with big screen, microphone systems with cordless lapel and stand microphones, plus internet connections for laptops. We even provide free Wi-Fi! We also have numerous seating options available, and we can break out the dance floor if your group is in the mood to celebrate.

Besides our audio/visual equipment, we also provide catering for a wide range of budgets and occasions, including everything from a family get-together to a formal dinner, presentation or awards ceremony.

Conference Rooms
Businesses and community members can choose from up to 7 conference and meeting rooms in the club. We’re sure to have the perfect space for your group! We have everything from spaces that are just right for small, intimate events up to larger rooms that can hold up to 400 guests.

Never worry about feeding the group. Our dedicated functions staff can cater for anything from a conference or workshop to a product launch. We’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.
In addition to delicious food, we also provide a full range of audio/visual equipment. Take advantage of our internet access, data projector, large screen, whiteboards and overhead projector. We also have many sound systems available, including lapel, cordless and stand microphones.
Outdoor BBQ
Enjoy some fun in the sun for your next event! Our outdoor area has barbeque facilities, bar facilities and a 50” plasma TV. Holding up to 24 people, it’s the perfect functions space for a sports club, family get-together, engagement party or a relaxed, quiet night under the stars.

To ensure that your group has a great time, we include 4 under cover marquees and outdoor heaters. We can provide a catering package, or you can self-cater your event.
