It's Un-Australian - A Licence To Punt
www.its-unaustralian.com.au If the Federal Government gets their way, every Australian will have to apply for a licence just so they can have a $5 punt. They want to treat ordinary punters as problem gamblers. But you didn’t vote for it and you don’t have to put up with it.
Let the Federal Government know that you don’t support the licence to punt by emailing your MP and signing the petition.

WIRELESS INTERNET HOTSPOT AND CAFE
The Forbes Services Club has just teamed up with Fusion Broadband and Complete Insight Solutions of Forbes to introduce a wireless internet hotspot solution to the Club that is available free of charge for Club members' and guests visiting the Club.
The Club's General Manager, David Fitzgerald said " that the Fushion Broadband now gives the Club superfast internet that can be offered to members, guests and the numerous travellers of the Newell Highway. The Club is offering this service free of charge for their social use for such things as catching up with family and friends on face book, checking and booking forward accommodation and keeping tab on their finances whilst on the road". David also stated that the new Fushion Broadband will offer the many Corporate and Business clients of the Club an appropriate wireless internet solution at an affordable hourly rate for all their conference and business meetings".
Accessing the wireless internet hotspot is easy... all you need to do is speak to one of the friendly office staff or Shift Supervisor to obtain a ticket that will have the appropriate registration codes to access the internet. Once you have your ticket you can make yourself comfortable, order a nice cup of coffee, a cold drink and something to eat from the Cafe and enjoy!

$26000 WINNER
Congratulations to Geoff Potter the inaugural WINNER of the Community Clubs Mega Jackpot Draw. Geoff is a member of Cobar Bowling and Golf Club and was present at the time of the draw on Saturday 4 February 2012 and is now $26,000 richer for it.
The Community Clubs Mega Jackpot draw will now restart at $10,000 on Saturday 11 February and will be drawn between 6pm and 8pm.
To be eligiable to enter all you need to do is be a member of your home town Club as listed, be at the Club each Saturday night for the draw and you too could be the next BIG winner!
